Who is still here 9 years after! I did all these workouts with you when you posted them and now needed to get back in shape quickly and remembered your videos. I honestly don’t have motivation doing them alone but I try to keep up with you and always get great workout

1 circle(repeat exercises for 7 min)

15 jumping squats
15 squats
24 walking lunges
24 weight step ups

30 sec break

2 circle

15 jumps
10 burpees
24 weight step ups

I actually completed the 12 week program during the middle of last year and lost a lot of weight, now I am going to do it all again to tone up! However I was terrified to do it alone, so thankyou for posting these videos, I always think its best to do this program with a friend as this programs requires strong motivation.. I cried and nearly gave up so many times, but got through it in the end (and results were GREAT!). So wish me luck as this is the first day haha! :)

This bbg was the first program i did 3 years ago when i started my weight loss journey and I lost about 9kgs just by doing these workouts and skipping dinner for 12 weeks.
I stopped doing them because i had reached my goal weight. They really improved my core strength and overall body strength. Its not easy 😅 I was exhausted and literally thought I was going to pass out by the end of each video

I really recommend doing these if you are into intense cardio/ HIIT for quick weight loss and fat loss. Its probably not the best program for those who want to maintain their weight and gains.

Today is my week 1 day 1. Thank you for keeping me company. This video let me feel like a beautiful friend who is doing exercises with me. Even my legs are really tired now, I will do it one day later for day 2!

The first time I lasted 7 minutes, I tried again few days after and I lasted 10 minutes. Not gonna give up until I finish this fuc**ng workout !

WAY TO GO GIRL! I was dying with you!!!! But I finished! And had to take a lot of breaks! As for the people commenting judging every movement and form that she does, GET A LIFE. This girl is posting herself WORKING OUT and putting herself out there for OUR benefit and you guys sit here and judge her? This is SO much harder than it looks. I lasted the whole video but definitely cheated on form. THANK YOU for uploading. It's way easier than checking the book after each rep.

I'm doing the "21 day fix" (without the eating plan). I went from 165 kg to 110( I've done it for 4 months instead of 21 days since it was such a fun and easy program for me). honestly I recommend everyone to try it, even heavy people like myself.
I will switch to this program for couple of months and see how it goes. Good luck everyone

Began Week 1 Day 1 of BBG! I was only able to get through the first third without passing out. I am 48 years old so I am a little slower than some of you :) I was really sweating which felt really good. Waiting to see how I do on day 2 on Wednesday. I figured only three days; every other day. I did not time but I think I did it in about 10-15 minutes. I will keep on trucking'!
