15 squats
24 walking lunges
24 knee ups
repeat x3


16 jumps
10burpees
24 weight step ups
15 medicine ball squats
(repeat x3)


i ended this all off with an optional;
25 jumping jacks
25 butt kicks
(repeat x4)


and i burned approx 300 cal's in 30 mins!
(im sweating like a pig though)


ps. thank you so much for this video! due to COVID-19 I am forced to workout in my basement... and i honestly can't complain after finding your channel!

It's the first time I'm "able" to start with week 3...I always give up before, since I need some motivation or someone working out with me. But, with my work schedule changing everyday is difficult to find a friend that can go to the gym whenever I do
I feel like I'm working out with a friend with your videos. Thanks for the motivation!!:)

I have the guides but I still write down your work outs because they are so helpful! Thank you for posting these! And the fact that you can do these work outs in a half hour is amazing. Takes me between 45 minutes- 1 hr to do them. Great job!!!

These workouts are very expensive and not all people can afford them, especially students (like me!) and with these videos I can get all the benefits and have an amazing workout buddy at the same time!

Gracias tereza no dejo de hacer estos ejercicios, termino todo el programa y vuelvo a empezarlo, es lo unico que me ayuda a mi sistema nervioso aque deje de acalambrarse por una enfermedad que medio hace años pero gracias a ti que no as quitado los videos puedo regresar siempre hacer mis ejercicios y que mi salud mejore, Dios te bendiga mil gracias!😊❤

Great video thanks!
A tip: when squatting you tend to leen your back forward and go half way down in your knees. That’s an easy/incorrect way of squatting😉
Try instead of keeping your back straight up at all times and instead you bend your knees way more, and when going up - focus on pushing up with your heels! Never the toes. Keep up the good work

It takes me more than 1 hour to complete the workouts, but I know I won't regret starting to exercise again, trying to find time and don't listening to the excuses when I'm so tired. Thanks for the vids!!
