This week Jenn Harris looks at not just one but all four of the main menu items at Tacos Dorados. This trailer has been serving one item and call them what you will: tacos dorados, flautas, rolled tacos or taquitos and we will call them what we will: delicious. Each taco is filled with your choice of filling and topped with crema, salsa verde, a streak of salsa roja and generous shower of cotija.

Torres mentioned the family charola which he used to use but I see he switched to a deep fryer. Efficient and easier to maintain I’m sure. 👍 I last had fresh flautas in Mexico City. Tasty.
