Youtube app on Android slow. Lagging / buffering real bad (easy fix)

If the Youtube app on Android is lagging bad hold the Youtube icon down, press the little "i" symbol, and click Force Stop. Worked for me so maybe it'll help you too. I saw "clearing cache" as a common solution, and other solutions, but didn't try those because this worked.

I facing a issue . When i play a video, it lags many times like every two seconds it hangs for a second and happens for many seconds like 30 or 40 sometimes. Mostly 20 to 25 seconds.
When i play a downloaded video and internet is on, it loads other videos and video lags very much, and when downloading a video while watching a video, the video lags very much .
I am totally frustrated with this please help me . I hate youtube app.
YouTube has other many glitches too. Too many glitches. Thats why i NEVER update youtube on this device, but finally i updated youtube and, as usual, youtube has added other shitty useless features which makes me hate youtube more .

I dont know how to fix this problem and need help: if i watch any video on YouTube. After like 1min or 2 it lag and still loading i try reset but its still same . Pls respond
