Description: Over the Summer I decided to have some fun & met up with @LordMiles to go on an adventure in Afghanistan. Our plan was to go hiking in the Wakhan corridor all the way to China. However, our adventure plans changed. In this video we go over the history of Afghanistan, from ancient times all the way to the medieval ones & its modern history alongside with the modern conflict that has taken over the country for the past 50 years. We discuss the current state of the nation, the Taliban & their influence in the state, as well as show the wild events that happened to us while on our little expedition.

Afghanistan is a legitimately beautiful country, in terms of nature. Kind of underrated.

Never been to Afghanistan, but I love the people! I know a lot of immigrants from Afghanistan here in the US. Amazing people, so kind and friendly!

The Afghans are so hospitable to guests that even if you are the most wanted man by the strongest army in the world, they would never give you up and still fight for you.

My brother went there several years ago. He came back with a fully paid college tuition and enough PTSD to turn him into a Evangelical Fundamentalist.

Wow, Afghanistan is truly a land of contrasts, isn't it? Despite all the turmoil and international headlines focused on war and conflict, your experience paints a vivid picture of a place that feels alive with history, culture, and surprising beauty. The Wakhan Corridor hike sounds like a journey back in time—isolated from the world and even from Afghanistan’s own troubled past. It's wild how the same place can offer both a sense of overwhelming chaos, with Kabul’s traffic, and yet a deeper serenity in its untouched corners. This is the side of Afghanistan most will never see, but need to.

If Afghanistan achieves peace for at least 50 years, it can do great.
