Thank you very much. If it's possible, could you also do a short on which frosting has the most fat content. I have the digestive disease EPI and find it difficult to digest and absorb lipids even with prescription pancreatic enzymes. While I like a little bit of frosting, I can't have a lot. Thank you if you can do this. 💜

My mom loves American buttercream. She says it’s not frosting if it’s not hella sweet. She says the other frostings are too buttery or milky. 🤣 whatever I bake to make people smile 😊 and sugary frosting puts a smile on her face. I personally love Swiss meringue buttercream 🥰🥰🥰

Ermine butter cream is the best IMO. It’s so easy to make, easier than meringue buttercreams but it has a similar taste (almost like a sweet, slightly buttery whipped cream). Also what’s really good about it, is you can infuse flavours while making the milk pudding part with things like lemon zest, vanilla bean, cinnamon sticks etc.

My mom bakes all the time and when I found out she used a whole bag of powdered sugar to make her buttercream I was shocked but it’s so worth it! One of my favorite parts of my birthday is getting to have a cake she made 😊

I prefer the whipped cream frosting. I can't take a lot of sweets. And if it's a chocolate cake, it HAS to have white frosting on it. Chocolate frosting would make it too chocolaty for me. I can't take it.

My last birthday cake was whipped cream with very little sugar. I loved it cause I just love the raw taste of cream I guess. My guests weren't the biggest fans but it was my cake so I was happy.

I love whipped cream frosting, I always make it when I bake. I always hated buttercream, even ones that say "not sweet".
