I dont experience polar night as i live in Scotland but as the weather gets colder i get excited because Christmas is approaching. I am not a kid but it us my favourite time of year, so cosy and full of love and happiness

I love your videos. I live outside a small village in Alaska called Talkeetna. It is just below the Arctic circle so we don’t experience the extreme polar days and nights, but we do have over 19 hours of daylight in the summer and around 4 hours in the winter. We also get to enjoy the northern lights on occasion. It’s comforting for me to see how you live in Svalbard and how you truly enjoy the extreme environment. It encourages me to do the same! So thank you!

I absolutely love snow, Winter, and Polar Nights. I wish I had the will and the money to move to Svalbard, but I'm 67 and I guess it's too late. My dad was in the Army, and when we lived in Germany we always hung out our bed clothes every day to air them out. Nothing like fresh linens!
