I have been watching these videos for almost 2 months now and I LOVE them. This particular video I have saved as I have watched it numerous times. This video has helped me in so many ways. I suffer from SAD, and it sucks. Plus, I have anxiety, but I have learned to prepare for the next season and organize my home and take the steps she has shown in this video, and it really does help. There is a difference, and her other videos just make me feel great and they help as well. Especially she motivates me to go to the gym cause when it's dark and cold it's like let's not and say we did but nope I am like ok I need to do it. I learn from both her and Christopher....and Grim I just love to pieces he is so cute.
