Definitely intrigued by the video, but it did not answer any of the questions in the title. So I guess we'll never know.

If you read this first, it's a waste of 4 minutes. It's all buildup and chatter and absolutely no answers.

So, where do I have to write to to get my 4 wasted minutes of my life back?

It would have been interesting if they actually answered the question of their own video title. Instead we get a click bait title meant to tease you. Either the rest is behind a paywall part of a series they likely will not put up on youtube in whole or you have to subscribe to BBC to watch it. Click wait titles are bad enough from small youtube channels but when a large organization like the BBC does it it is shameful and pisses me off! Thumbs down and no subscription from me! Not even a link to the rest of the material!

I stopped drinking on the 26th of July last year... over 8 months ago I’ve lived the past 2 years on a plant based diet this video has made me think it be good to get my blood work done to see how things are 🤔🤔

Alcohol can kill you within months. I watched my wife die before my eyes of alcoholic hepatitis and it's one of the most horrible ways to die. Young people NEED TO BE TOLD that you don't just die from alcohol poisoning or a drink driver or drunk driving. It destroys your liver fast and can kill you from withdrawals.

“When you socialize with people who get drunk, they’re really boring when they’re not drinking.”

That’s sad. Find better friends.
