Whenever I go out drinking I make sure to skip lunch and dinner and just mix a scoop of protein powder in each pint

I quit alcohol for 7 months to achieve fitness goals. At 44 I hit a lifetime goal of 250lbs at 10% Body fat. Alcohol was one of the major keys in achieving this goal. Doing it again right now. Quitting alcohol in June, killing my diet and getting the best physique of my life at 45 in October.

As controversial as this topic could get, Jeff always condenses it to the essence. I like how he doesn't flex his muscles in front of a mirror while telling us something. The way the information is presented, by adding science based literature is so much better than all of these douchebags around the internet.

Great video. People often underestimate how many calories are in alcoholic drinks. I lost a lot of fat when I stopped drinking.
