13 Hot Peppers (smoke 6)
Smoked Garlic Clove
Smoked Onion
Smoked Red Bell Pepper
14 oz net weight Crushed Tomato
1 cup of Vinegar (apple cider, white or white whine)
Salt to taste

Combine ingredients in a well ventilated area.
Simmer for 1 hour or until most of the liquid has evaporated.
Blend until smooth and bottle.

Always wear rubber gloves and eye protection when working with hot peppers.
