Ever since discovering Wilderness Cooking by chance, I have 'binge-watched' the entire series and never once was disappointed. Our man is a wonderful cook, a truly competent butcher, a man with well over 60 different recipes at his fingertips plus another at least 10 different kinds of flatbreads and loaves. Cooking with the most simple equiptment and in truly rustic conditions, he turns out food for a large group of young people who get fed by him with gourmet meals made with a lot of love. You know you are looking at a truly good cook when you see the end result served and say to yourself, ''now I'M hungry and would love to taste THAT.! ' Never seen anybody who can produce such delectable food over a simple camp fire so well. If I could, I would take a camper and drive over to his place and invite myself to stay for a week or two and sample his cooking and wilderness living. It looks idyllic and spectacular. Truly God's Country.!
