Your topic on T dependent B Cell Activation is wrong. TFH cells are what bind and activate B cells with IL-6, not TH2 with IL-4. TH2 are involved in expelling extracellular pathogens like worms or other parasites. They boost leukocytes like macrophages, mast cells and eosinophils, not lymphocytes.
