Uzbek men cook 4 tons of lamb and rice pilaf for charity outdoors in the dead of Winter in woks that are, like, 20 feet wide and they feed entire villages that way. They always start and end with a prayer and it's the most amazing, altruistic thing I've seen and is definitely on par with Sikhs doing langar seva!
