If this gun theft occured in the US, it would be a Federal Firearms Felony, one count for each gun stolen. That is major federal prisontime for those HOA board officers involved. 😡

I live in Texas, and if an HOA tried that with me, they would regret it immediately. I firmly believe in the 2nd Amendment.

So..B&E, trespassing, burglary, impersonation of a cop, not to mention gun crimes..

title story: good on OP for going to the actual cops and getting the HOA in MAJOR trouble for impersonating police officers to steal their property

Had that happened in the U.S, the HOA would've violated both the 2nd amendment(the right to bear arms) and 4th amendment(protection from illegal searches and seizures), and courts take constitutional rights VERY seriously. Hopefully, it's similar in South America.

We'd call that "a home invasion". Those doing it should go to prison for many years. They should consider themselves lucky that they weren't shot by the homeowner.

HOAs in fact don't have that kind of authority

first of all claiming to be a police (in the US) is illegal and serious crime impersonating a cop, not sure if the same way in south america

Things are changing. Here in the US several states have passed laws severely limiting the power of HOAs. Florida for example as they were the first state to do so.

Nah!! Don't give your neighbor access to your private backyard.

Nope. Theft of firearms is intent to do harm. Lethal force is not only authorized, but necessary.

The last story not the jerk. It's their property and they went through the proper steps to have a privacy fence installed to have their privacy and generally avoid the prying eyes of a nosy neoighbor.

First story so its legal in OPs country to use a 'nickname' on legal documents. Heck in a lot of places you can actual have issues not using your full legal versus what you usually sign with

The fourth story, ahh yes (invoke a W C Fields style voice), the all knowing, the all wise, the all seeing the all omnipotent ever present, great grandmasters, who found out they weren't all that and more, after all in surgical the prep room.

Dexter boy says"Hey keep that camera out my face. Ms. Disnii says"Look how well I have mom and dad trained, I just set her and they twirl this toy for me"

The second story, the chavette tried using misdirection and throwing out red herrings to cover up what she was doing. In the end though an eviction wasn't needed. as she ended up in prison. Which meant that legally she was no longer residing there. Also considering she wouldn't be there to pay the rent, the lease could be legally terminated on the spot.

Hi Ripe and Family, Seems HOA's are bad all over.

It’s hilarious how in one quick action they’ve proven how easy it is for people to bust down a door in their neighborhood, and proved exactly why he needs his guns.

The third story, the third story, I'd have done the same thing. If I added a skill and I'm supposed to receive compensation for it, and don't then I won't do it. I'd do what is listed in my work description, and nothing more.

The HOA in Latin America is subject to the American Convention on Human Right Article 11.
