Just a suggestion, if you were to put the transmission 90 degrees from what you had it would work much better. You probably won’t have the problem that you did. And if the front of the transmission is over top of the pump handle when you lift it it will automatically move towards the engine. Long time mechanic speaking. Really like your build. Thanks for sharing another great video with us!😎

Great work man. If your hoist is rated for it, you can stab engine/trans together from the front.

Diesel engines require a much lower stall torque converter. I'm looking at doing a similar swap, but I can't seem to find a 6r80 TC with that low of a stall. Where did you find yours?

I'd like to do an r2.8 to my stock tj 32rh transmission how does the wiring for an automatic transmission work with the pcm?also I don't see any adapter plates for that combo, did you get yours custom made.
