This was really helpful, I needed a bit more but trial and error and I got it. I needed a cell value return if a dollar value was inserted by the user. So if dollar was between #s 2, 000 and 3, 000 it would return a Char value like ABC and if it was over 3, 000 it would return a value of XYZ but IF it wasn't either of those it would give a "NO". I ended up using a nested if and and formula. IF anyone is struggling here is the end formula I used: =IF(AND(E5>=1999.99, E5<=2999.99), "PRM", IF(E5>=3000, "PRG", "NOT")); I'm sure someone else may not have needed to spend so much time on this as I did, but I kept reversing the < and > and then not knowing what order to put the formula in .... Rules are important and this video helped me to get to the correct answer. Thank you.

a true feed back from my side: i won't mind that it can be made easier bu using nested-if, since you are trying to tech us AND function here, it is completely fine, But the thing is, you have not written and shown the formula in the video & the concentration is more in the video than the explanation, so we get little confuse by some minute mistakes and later correcting it, but till now out of 103 videos, all the good, try to cover the above points to make the best, other wise nice teaching there! and thank you for you're good effort to teach us in videos! :D

Sir thank you so much for teaching us. One thing i would like to know the difference between 'Nested if' and 'And' function. In this video you told us to apply the and function but this result we could have got by applying Nested if.
