I'm a six foot three German male with a big beard and a macho man attitude....
But today I'm cooking like a diva!

This woman is awesome. She showed the easiest way to make it and very simple also. Although I knew how to make eggs. The problem I always had was when the eggs would stick to the shell. After using your method I found it so much easier the remove the shells. Thanks for the informative tip... Instant sub 😊👍

Thanks to you I have successfully managed to cook my first hard boiled egg. In the end the yoke was like a soft mushy-mush and it was delicious.

I know how to make hard boiled eggs but was searching for some different techniques. Yours is my favorite. Taking them off the burner with a lid on top makes perfect eggs every time! Game changer. Growing up my family just left it on the burner and I never liked how they came out.

Great video! I've only just discovered how right you are with using not so fresh eggs. I had fought with them for years, and only occasionally having any success while peeling. Yes indeed, five to seven days after buying them does make a difference.
Two minor tips here.
Turn the carton upside down after two to three days in the fridge. It will center the yolk in the shell, provided you use them two to three days later. Much longer and the yolk will settle.
The other minor tip. When boiling for hard boiled, start with room temperature eggs. It helps congeal the inner membrane that lines the shell, (always a pain in the neck to me).
:O)

I watch this video almost every time I boil eggs. When I don't they don't come out as good. Thanks for the video :)

Great video! I thinks it is well-edited and brief, unlike some cooking videos that are done in "real time"(yawn).
Happy cooking!
