Fake happiness is when you spend alot of energy to please people arround you.

It's hard to be "happy" when you battle depression everyday most times I just feel awkward like I don't fit in or belong anywhere

Being depressed during quarantine is the worst feeling in the world. I would get out of the house to hangout with friends to keep certain thoughts out of my head but it seems every thought gets worse and worse as days go on. My therapist recommended going out often and hanging out with friends or otherwise my suicidal thoughts would get stronger and worse. Then the quarantine happened and it’s become a struggle to stay another day.

I'm happy, i don't mind being different, I'm always doing something with my life.
The past doesn't matter. Living in the moment is better. 😀 i find time for family and friends. I self care for myself my life i eat healthy make home cooked meals.

I have read all your comments on being happy, which is great, Everyone is different . What makes me happy contentment. Looking back over 85yrs adjusting to whatever life brings, childhood, adulthood, marriage, short of money, to having just enough to live on. Being able to save and travel . Autumn years sharing with partner, children.Being contented with my lot . Knowing that I have a clear conscious, that I have done my very best to achieve being a decent person.
