I feel this video is on target. Happiness is an important element in life. Many people rely on resources to bring happiness.I feel it comes from within and how one takes care of themselves. When a person is healthy, it can bring upon happiness. I am a happier person than I once was as I have taken steps to improve my well-being. I have set boundaries and practice self-care. I feel I can become happier using additional tools presented in this video.

Being grateful everyday (pick at least 3 things you are grateful for) and doing exercise of any kind daily (yoga, walking, lifting, etc) that just takes 15 to 30 minutes will improve happiness

if you can have control over your thoughts and emotions, you'd be very surprised to see how much impact it can have over your happiness. the best way that i recommend is meditation. starting with 5 minutes everyday and then 10 minutes and more later on you will be way more happier and in peace with yourself. consistency is the key.
