This told me absolutely nothing. I get PMS up to a week and a half in advance of my period and it goes in phases. First is irritability, next is sadness, next is fear, next is desperation, and then it all ends with exhaustion, both physical and emotional. Anybody else? And if it comes in a sequence like that, what's your sequence?

PMS has made half of my life hell. I get it up to 2 weeks before my period. I'm generally a really happy and sociable person, but during PMS I get so so depressed and anxious. I cry all of the time, and shut myself out from my friends and teachers. I've broken down twice in school. I feel overwhelmed, I can't concentrate, and I feel so insecure all of the time. And I'm exhausted, both physically and mentally. Anyone else? I feel so alone.

Slightly!? LOL! That’s an understatement but I’ll continue to watch because I need to control this.

I literally only have 1 good week out of each month between my
Pmdd and period symptoms and pain. It’s exhausting to deal with and hard to imagine living like this till menopause.

I swear PMS at this point is a mental disorder by trying to take control of your emotions again. I feel anxious about my relationships even though they're the healthiest thing a week prior to PMS. I get so emotional that I tell people things I don't want to say and I question why I did those things. I want to take control it's so annoying because I'm aware what I'm feeling is irrational but I don't stop feeling the emotion. I want to stop getting anxious and stop crying —the exaggeration of my melodrama annoys me because I have to deal with the damage after the whole ordeal of PMS is over djksksksj JAKSK

I am relieved to know I am not crazy and that I am not the only one who have all these symptoms and MORE! The insomnia and excruciating cramps and headaches, bad moods/mood swings and feeling so depressed etc etc etc I wish I was born male. It is so hard trying to be a good mom but I get these symptoms immediately after my period so the p in pms for me is PERMANENT. Doctors are useless even the female ones. Coming across this have made me feel relieved and that I am not CRAZY or on my own...!

This video does not tell you how to get your PMS under control so that’s very aggravating...All this video is educating you on symptoms of PMS

After years of pmdd, I've been feeling allot better these days and I believe its because I finally stumbled on one informative video that suggested vitamin b-1 & I also switched from trying maca powder to using gelatinized maca powder in my morning smoothies. I hope this can help some of you too~

I know it sounds like subtle measures but holistic nutrition can be a life saver and after trial and error, it's really helped me.

My wife's premenstrual stress was actually better when she stopped birth control.
I'll probably have a vasectomy when we've had all our children. So she doesn't have to worry.

like many others who have tried and loved “PMS be gone tea”, I'm a long-time sufferer of extreme PMS. Breast tenderness, insomnia, irritability, worsened anxiety, feeling down and melancholy. I've driven people crazy with my hormonal moodiness, and it often began a week before my period. I began taking this a week and a half before my period was scheduled to come, and I've noticed a tremendous difference in how moody I feel. Before this organic tea, my moods impacted my ability to function at work and in my college classes, but now I feel much clearer mentally and emotionally. I don't panic at the smallest things, and haven't cried over what someone said to me or how "inadequate" and unlovable I am (which never happens when I'm not PMSing).

Pms be gone tea REALLY calmed my daughter down by taking the week before her week. I thought I was going to ship her off somewhere prior to this supplement!

I get so agressive. I turn into a mad person. Like I am close to smashing things. Like not kidding.

I quite liked the video because of Dr.Annie's tone of voice and reassuring words telling us that we, as women, are kind of in this together. Anyway, working out really helps me and I try to keep irritations at a distance. I've got quite a lot of pet peeves which I'm still working on and the most irritable one is when I hear sounds/voices I don't like. It used to be orders and instructions from my mum so I let her know and if the people around you care and love you, and you explain it in a way that's not offensive, it should all workout. Other times, cold beverages have helped, too. The BEST way to deal with it is by inhaling some wonderful earthly herbs.
