Walmart backroom (CAP 2 Receiving) everyday disaster

I quit this shitty job. I'm self-employed now.

i remember a few months ago there was just so many pallets from cap 1 and pallets that came off the truck we had to double side the main walkway in the backroom basically sealing it off, love when fun work moments like this happen

Even the walking stacker is completely blocked by pallets.

These people have computerized inventory control and they have this much reserve stock sitting in the back room, they need to ditch what they're doing and come up with another plan....and we're not even seeing the perishable inventory in this video.

My store isnt like this but those two trucks days with only 4 people working 1 throwing 2 a side and 1 floater it gets rough everyday

The Walmart I work in. We can fit one truck in but if we have 2 all the backrooms will be full. We have no storage area. We have racks but they just don't fit alot.

Wow this shit would never fly in my store. My manager don’t play that. I’m an overnight team lead. Fuck no my back room could never! Now I see why our mp and fd drivers say this is a very clean organized back room compared to lots of other store.

My Walmart is worse bruh our backroom is small as hell so it gets full quick and when we pull shit to the floor there's too much of it so we stuff it in the middle of the aisles 😂😂

I gave Walmart 8 years of my life. One of the stores I worked for was crazy. We had the local Fire Department come by for a random check. 3 of 4 of our backroom emergency exits were blocked and yet we passed with flying colours.. HOW?!???
