Brother I need some advice, I’ve been at Walmart for 3 months now as a stocker, it’s my first job ever, and I feel like I take too long on carts, keep in mind I’m a minor so I get like 20ish hours only a week, plus I’m only 5’8, but anyways I usually take about an hour on carts that are stacked, just yesterday I finished the dog cart in like 1 hr 30 minutes, and my top stocking is terrible I throw things wherever, how can I improve

Smallest pallet I’ve ever seen. I work Frozen and always get 5-7, 7 foot pallets, lol.

when its time to leave for the night do you have to go tell someone that you are leaving (clocking out) or do you just do it all on your own
