I just got this job I start orientation Monday even tho i havent started im tryna learn everything b4 my first day and i cant find anything abt where the boxes go after unloading them i think its the number on the box u have to match with the crate with other boxes with same number or? idk i say they'll train me but I'm tryna train my self just incase lmfao i like to be over prepared

We got this 3 days ago. We used to get a truck done in 2-3 hours. With this sophisticated technology we are now able to get it done in only 6-9 hours (maybe).

Can’t wait to see how this goes at my store... It doesn’t matter how big that truck is if it’s not done in 2 hrs there will be hell to pay... Even 2 truck days 2hrs per truck doesn’t matter if it’s 3000 pieces or 6000 total.

Cap 2 associate here. Supposedly we get this new line today (9-24). I'm off so won't get to see it in action till 9-25. Can't wait to see how it will handle black Friday freight and double truck days.😆

Fuck that shit working at walmart was one of my worst jobs 😂 they treat u like shit. Now I’m an order selector and I make way more than all those supervisors that treated me like shit at walmart lol

I had some great unloaders work with me from 2011-2014 but I had some real slackers too. Glad to see more automation in the stores and the enforcement of more rigid attendance policies. These new policies and procedures allow slackers to terminate themselves without "red books" or other administrative hassles.

Just went back to Walmart. I needed money while finishing college, first time I was there on cap 2, we used to have to throw and push boxes. With this machine at my store, looks like it be way easier 🤣. Glad I only have a year left of college

We used to be able to get trucks done in 2 hours before this machine. Thanks to the miracles that this machine affords it now takes us 4 hours to get a truck done.

im a cap 2 at walmart, i had to go in to work early on monday supposedly to learn the new line when i got there there was no new line and they basically pushed it back and said we werent getting the new line until september 4th
