Shift+Z allows you to add the selected file to multiple locations, so it will be present in both folders while being the same exact file, not a copy

Thanks for your great tips and your great presentation! Can the sharing settings be changed? I would like to have as a default "viewer" when sharing, and unchecked the box that reads "viewers and commenters can see the option to download, print and copy".
