I have a question: can I share files from My Drive to Share Drive with my child’s school staff without permission to copy, download or edit or save my files (my intellectual property ans research) and then stop sharing when she no longer needs their services ?

I'm currently using shared drives to centralize all the docs I need for work. When I started at this place I was using my personal email and a school email. Later on I was given a corporate email (actually the address I'm writing with).
After a while I was having troubles finding where things were and which docs could each account edit. So I decided to create shared drives as bridges/hubs between accounts.

It works! Now everything is in a single place no matter which account iI'm logged in.
