Eureka vacuum not working

"Vacuum stopped working and is making loud noise. I contacted u guys but no One has responded back on any updates. I would like to know what can be done and how long this process will take please."

Shoot, I might not be an expert on vacuum cleaners but one thing I know about your vacuum problem is. You might've not cleaned the vacuum filters

That motor is fucked. You either can replace the motor or buy a new vacuum
