To all the women out there: Stop extreme dieting. If you want to lose the extra weight, take it slowly and keep eating protein and healthy fats. I speak from experience, dropped too much in a short time (was heartbroken) and lost face fat as well which made me look much older in a short time. Excessive cardio can also lead to this. Of course sunscreen is important to maintain the collagen aa well as enough sleep and hydration.

I just discovered something today.
Ive been using the black Jamaican caster oil on my eye brows to encourage hair growth.
I massaged a bit over my forehead. Sfter about 30 mins i reaslized that my face was getting tighter along the lower are where it was starting to sag and where im getting a bit jowels. Well....that caster oil isd raining the lymphatic glands and the skin is getting tighter as the lymph clears. Nice...

If sun screen is so key to aging, How come natives in hot sunny don’t use sun screen and they have the best youthful skin thickness?? Are light skin folks living in the wrong places for our skin tone??

I'm 73, eat keto-biotic OMAD, dry fast each day as long as I can to increase autophagy. It's now almost 1PM here and I've drunk nothing. I'm a size 4 looks better on me than a size 2. I still use my old Connie Stevens Time machine to lift the muscles of my faces the face, . Dry fasting also firms the face & clears up all skin problems. Kid of sleepy right now bc my cat wakes me up too early & I'm a nightowl. I dont think I'll be needing facial yoga today lol. Thx Chris.

I'm 56 and found out my Testosterone is 190 and should consider testosterone cream therapy. Are there skincare concerns for men using that like acne?

Yes I am a hollower not a sagger and I don’t look like the same person. I thought I would have this hollowing at a much later age but it happened quickly once menopause started . And I have a larger nose that looks even bigger now because my face got so skinny. I hate it. I’d rather have wrinkles but this fat loss really sucks !even a face lift would not help me look like I use to !

All good advice thank you. I can openly say I felt and looked younger when I was in my 40s up to mid sixties so am not surprised you are 59, have great photos of that age too and very grateful for them. However the thing to be aware of is that for whatever reason aging looks can come upon you quite unawarely and apart from the good advice you give I do believe the most important of all is trying to remain stress-free which requires a mind set of acceptance gratitude and hopefulness.

PREVENTION IS BETTER THAN CURE!!! Use sunscreen. I live in the UK where it’s notoriously grim on the daily, but sunscreen is still super important! Drink water, eat healthy, exercise regularly, don’t smoke and avoid alcohol. Never sleep in makeup! And have a skincare routine which is adaptable for your age and the seasons! AND finally, follow all of Chris’s advice where possible. 🫶❤️🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

I follow those 5 steps along with Red Light Therapy, Microcurrent and RF/EMS devices. Due to teen acne, I too have been highly focused on skin care since high school. Never saw a dermatologist. Everything has been a matter of consistency. I am always experimenting with various serums, but vitamin C, multi-peptides and Retinaldehyde are my core ingredients. No meds, a variety of supplements. I only wear sunscreen if I will be in direct sun for over 30 minutes. I am a firm believer some sun is good for you. Over exposure must be prevented. I exercise but don’t have Chris’ firm triceps’s (gee wiz!) but my skin condition is B++ if not a solid A at 65. Most importantly, I feel very healthy inside and out.😊

I follow much of your skincare advice Chris. I like how you explain what each product does and give affordable options also. I am soon going to be 69 and my skin is better now than when In was in my mid 40's. A few years ago I started incorporating serums, vit C, retinol and lately galactomyces ferment toner..and a good moisturizer. .I regularly do face yoga, microcurrent and gua sha. It may sound like a lot but I cycle my skincare and for sure sunscreen everyday. Thank you sharing your expertise.

good facial treatments like faradic also help to keep skin looking toned as it lifts the specific facial muscles alongside galvanic and high frequency in the hands of a properly qualified therapist

It is also important to prevent bone loss. Facial bone loss is not a good look. Vitamin K2 plus Vitamin D helps. On another topic, I like your new haircut. Much better.

I had huge full cheeks when I was younger but they have fallen a bit. Up until my late 40's my cheeks were so firm and tight I could not even pinch the skin. Now, not so much. My biggest problem. My skin itself looks great thanks in big part to your tips. Definitely have not aged in the last 5 yrs due to sunscreen obsession. lol Thanks, Chris!
