Do Pranayam which helps you get your oxygen in perfect rhythmically

Eat leafy vegetables to get vitamins and fibers to get your metabolism work properly

Get you sun light every for 10 minutes at least to make your body to produce Vitamin D. Yes, Our body produces Vitamin D and sun lights helps to generate it.

Ear fruits to get minerals like magnesium, calcium, phosphorus etc.

Drink enough water to keep your mood swings intact.

Do mantra jaap to keep yourself mindful as it grants focus and peace of mind.

Police surgeons who conducted the postmortem examination of Veerappan's body were left in awe: A healthy pair of lungs, not even a trace of tobacco stain. The body showed no signs of any diseases. Cholesterol was nil. The arteries were free of fat. The surgeons could not believe that they were conducting the autopsy of a criminal's body.

The answer was simple. He filled his lungs with the fresh air in the forest, drank from the streams, and walked at least 40 km a day. His life was not like that of an ordinary criminal. It was a disciplined one. Veerappan was not addicted to alcohol or drugs. He ate food cooked in his hideouts.

Fasting also reduces the rate of splitting of the Telemore, found it by a group of scientists. They received the Nobel Prize in 2009 for this. my Uncle, who's specialization is working to detect brain cancer, told me straight-forwardely that Fasting Increases our Lifespan.

I’m 39 and I tried 7 days water only fasting.. Internally I feel like I’m 30 with the energy level.. physically I look younger too..

Many people have wrong perception about the terms anti-ageing or reverse-ageing. It has nothing do with just how your skin is, many people who look super healthy and fit from outside are actually not fit from the inside.
Being fit from the inside means, having the internal system working efficiently like a healthy 25 year old even at age 60. It doesn't mean you will not get wrinkles n all, you will, but internally you are healthy. My Yoga guru was 65+, he had white hair and wrinkles, but he is the healthiest man I know, his energy levels, the way he could do asanas like mayurasana, nauli kriya and the way he delivered his lectures with so much wisdom. Thats the definition of true health according to me.

Very informative. I am practicing 4 out of 5 points mentioned here. Uncooked food is what I am not into. I drink a special water - Kangan Water which has rich Oxygen (liquid antioxidant), alkaline rich and micro clustered. Therefore always remain ultra hydrated. Helps to be active till you hit the bed

Nice piece of content ! 👍An insight here - Yogguru Swami Sivananda who was awarded Padmashree in 2022 is over 125 years of age ! So there are always exceptions based on lifestyles. Some human beings probably breach the medical lines of analysis & inferences !
Nevertheless a great podcast !! Keep it up !

I am so happy he is giving so much emphasis on ethics. While using technology keeping in mind what is right and what is wrong becomes so crucial. It can have the potential to collapse the balance of ecosystems which leads to destruction ofcourse if we know even a little bit of history.
