Pre-made nootropics stacks mentioned in this video:

****************************************************************

In this video, you'll learn the best nootropic supplements for ADHD & ADD. This is an update to a video on ADHD I did several years ago.

I explain my own experience with Adult ADD and how I supported and continue to support my use of Ritalin with nootropic supplements.

You'll learn what ADHD is and how to know if you have ADHD. I briefly explain the "smart drugs" prescribed for ADHD and which nootropic supplements you can use to support their use. Not only to make the meds work better but also to avoid the stimulant crash later in the day when the drug wears off.

I also show you how to take care of ADHD or ADD symptoms naturally using only nootropic supplements. This stack works with or without stimulants.

And we'll touch on best nootropics for kids who have ADHD and if they are safe to use.

There is hope for a better life with ADHD. I know because I have had great success using the nootropics I explain in this video. And 10's of thousands around the world with ADHD or ADD use this stack successfully as well.

i have had a good friend, Ritalin worked for his adhd really good. but somewhere after one year on Ritalin. He started to have a really bad anxiety attack while he is sleeping. it wakes him up out of his sleep. and he feels lost for a while also he started to sleepwalk he never had that before including nightmares. he stopped Ritalin somewhere after 6 months he was back to normal. But his adhd was back. know his scared of using any stimulant. i guess this might help him. Thank you.

You should consider looking into methyl b9 & methyl b12. If you have the MTHFR mutation you need methylation. This info was great.

First of all thanks a lot for putting together this stack. One of the issues is 'how' and 'when' to take all of them. Clearly some are good before going to bed, others are good in the morning. Still others are best taken after some food intake, others are best taken on empty stomach. It would be great to know how to use this stack.

Thank you for the great information sir. I recently get diagnosed with adhd in my 30s and prescribed with Strattera which helped a lot in reducing my impulsion and anxiety but didn't improve much on executive functions like motivation and short term memory. So I am trying to build a supplements stack to enhance the effect.
I wonder if have you ever on Strattera sir ? In my research, Strattera may cause serotonin syndrome when taken with SSRIs, MAOIs... I wonder anything in this list should not be taken with Strattera (as I aware 5-htp, saffron may fall into these categories).
I am living in Japan, and stimulant still is a taboo here. The only stimulant that can be prescribed here is concerta but only after tons of testing and registration procedure ( for which I have succeeded to registere but I can not get my med until my member card arrive next week 😂). I still don't know yet should I go with only Strattera or Concerta, or taking both. So in the moments I try to do the best I can with nootropics.

Great content! I was wondering if you had any posits as to why, as a diagnosed ADHDer, would I respond positively to stimulants but negatively to l tyrosine and ALCAR. But for some reason NALT, NAC, and CDP choline are helpful? Thanks!

Sir, Please answer this question, it's important to me. I have been sleep deprived and have been under lot of stress since 3-4 months because of my job. The project has ended now. What should I take to reverse the damage to the brain? My memory has become weaker.

Hello
Thank you a lot for your videos.

I wonder how to build a stack of supplements for each day without developing tolerance .

Many adhd people say that Tyrosine should be cycled and you can take it only occasionaly like once a week.

If i found that Tyrosine helps me to stay focused what can i do ?

Dous it sounds logical to take 2 days tyrosine, than 2 days herbs which hopefully will help to focuse immediately, and 2 days Lion's Mane?

Thank you

11:50: "3 pills a day in an ideal world". Well, in an ideal world you should just have to fix your microbiome to have it produce all the precursors for you.
I find that when I fat-fast, where I do get the calories and energy required for daily activities, but just from fat, I really feel empty on dopamine -- nothing is really exciting, just routine, just mildly amusing, and so on.

I feel it's healthy for me, but it really highlights my lack of dopamine issue, and will be starting l-tyrosine asap.

ADHD & ADD are the same thing, as ADHD stands for Attention Deficit-Hyperactivity Disorder. This captures people with and without hyperactivity.
