Nootropics, aka "smart drugs," are brain enhancing compounds (some natural, some artificial) that are used to increase focus, boost mood, enhance creativity, increase alertness, maximize productivity, and more.
They are extremely popular amongst ambitious entrepreneurs, 8-9 figure CEOs, college students, elite athletes, and high performers.
This video explains my recommendations for the best nootropics in 2022.
DISCLAIMER: Improving your sleep quality, optimizing your nutrition, and working on your mindset should come first. Nootropics should not be used as a long term solution for low quality sleep, poor diet, or a cluttered/distracted mind. I do not recommend investing in nootropics until you optimize these other areas of your life. If you do, they will just partly cover up the deeper issue, like putting a band aid on a stab wound.
If your brain is still developing (younger than 25 years old) I do not recommend using nicotine in any form as it may impair cognitive function later in life. The rest of the nootropics I mentioned are generally safe for most healthy people over the age of 21.
