Putin believes full-scale Ukraine invasion should have begun sooner

Russian President Vladimir Putin said he should have began his country's full-scale invasion of Ukraine sooner than he had in February 2022, and should have been better prepared for what he describes as the "special military operation". The comment was made at an annual live TV marathon, where he was asked if he would do anything differently if he could go back in time to the start of 2022.
