Thank you *SO* much for mentioning that the 550h+ is a little bit quicker to 60 mph (17:36). I've been asking every reviewer to comment on that and you're the first ones to answer my question. Sincerely, thank you 🙂 Question - at 20:09 you mention the piped-in engine sound. Can that be turned off somewhere in the Settings menu? I sure hope so.

I have loved the look of the new rx ever since it debuted. I know not everyone likes it but I feel it will age gracefully

50.8 decibels!! That's quieter than the new S class

It’s very nice! It’s expensive for Lexus, I love the white seats

Great review as usual. You left a donut inside the console somewhere around 7:50. I hope you found it before returning the vehicle, lol 🙂

Man, when you hit the gas it sounded sooo sexy. Like a Chevy Cavalier. Or maybe a Kia Rio or Jeep Compass.

Hey you know what Lexus is missing the missing massaging seats that's what Acura MDX type S have they have massaging seats the Lexus TX 500 H does not have massaging seats

great job. Surprised the F Sport actually drives quieter than the Gas version. We are all about the luxury ride so that makes me want to test the F Sport for sure.

Hello gentlemen. Good review video for the 2024 Lexus TX 500H F Sport. With this vehicle, Lexus definitely made an emphasis on overall interior space for sure. Interior space for storage, comfort and cargo. This 500H F Sport model also has good performance numbers as well. From 0-60 in less than 7 seconds is pretty quick for a vehicle of this size. Based on the comments I've seen for this video, some said that this vehicle is a little too pricey. Lexus could've thrown in four or five more features due to this price point. Four or five more features that are missing, which are found on a vehicle I got not too long ago. Three months ago back in July, I got the 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee L in the Summit Reserve trim with the 5.7 liter V8 engine. Features on my vehicle that's not on the Lexus TX 500H F Sport include the following:

1. Massaging front seats
2. Front seats thigh
extender
3. Adjustable air suspension
4. Interior camera
5. Night vision camera
6. Exposed bumper
integration exhaust tips
7. Besides power folding
3rd row seats, there's
power folding 2nd row
seats as well
8. Built-in towing package

I don’t know if you realize how outstanding the sound level readings make you guys as car reviewers.

The TX just became the most compelling 3 row vehicle for consideration. I am anxious to see you review the new GX to see how Lexus enhanced the sound design.

Would the hybrid be able to tow more comfortably/easier? I know it’s listed at 5, 000 lbs but I would think the extra hp would help with towing.

Nice Review did I hear correctly towards the end that this Tx 500h has a towing hitch?
I don’t see it in the back from the video am I missing something?

50 decible in a big suv is impressive!

The standard (non premium) 500h f sport is $72k, that's not a bad value for what it offers. Undercuts the X7 and GLS by quite a bit and is only marginally more expensive than the other non-German "rivals" from Volvo Infiniti and Acura. I say that in quotes bc the XC90 Qx60 and MDX are quite a bit smaller than the TX500 and less powerful

My next car. Been contemplating which SUV, looks like a very nice truck.

I like this car and it's a hauler, just not sure it's how I want my $78, 000 to look. And all the bagels 🥯 just under my elbow:)

Guys, I hope you get a chance to compare this to the MDX Type S. I'm not surprised that this TX feels quicker what with all the electric torque. I think that the Type S is a bit quicker in the 1/4 mile though (14.1 @ 100 mph, vs 14.3 @ 98 mph for the Grand Highlander Hybrid Max, or essentially the same - these #'s are all from Car & Driver, but tested by different people on different days). But basically they are both properly quick compared to others in the segment (except of course for the X7 with the V8 and other high performance and higher $$ vehicles.)
