In this video I ceramic coat my new ZED.
Using the 3D ceramic coating.
First a machine polish is needed then a clean and coat.

Ceramic coating is a popular way to protect your car's paint and give it a glossy, long-lasting shine. In this video, we will walk you through the steps of ceramic coating your car.

Step 1: Wash your car thoroughly. This will remove any dirt and grime that may interfere with the ceramic coating process. Use a high-quality car wash soap and a microfiber wash mitt to avoid scratching the paint.

Step 2: Dry your car completely. Use a clean microfiber towel to dry the car thoroughly. Make sure there is no water left on the surface of the car.

Step 3: Clay bar the car. A clay bar removes any remaining contaminants from the paint surface, such as tree sap, tar, or bugs. Rub the clay bar over the surface of the car using a lubricant spray. Then machine polish the paint to remove any swirls or scratches.

Step 4: Apply the ceramic coating. Put on gloves and apply a few drops of ceramic coating onto an applicator pad. Apply the ceramic coating in straight lines, working from the top of the car down to the bottom. Make sure to apply the coating evenly, and avoid getting any on the trim or glass.

Step 6: Buff the coating. Once the coating is dry, use a clean microfiber towel to buff the surface of the car. This will remove any excess coating and leave a glossy finish.

And there you have it! By following these steps, you can ceramic coat your car and give it long-lasting protection and a beautiful shine.

This is a great video presentation, it's a great explanation and detail of the process.
If I ever get a chance to have a car's paint restored, I'm gonna be asking you for a quote, that's for sure!
Greater Sydney greetings! Been subscribed for a while now ;-)

Nice job mate. Coated the exact same model and colour a couple of weeks ago. Even used 3d one to get the swirls out.

Here is my experience ceramic coating my car as a DIY individual. You better be able to see what you're doing lol. I have a really big garage. But the lighting sucks. I can see the top of the car great. But the sides of the car, and front and back, were very dim. So I decided not to do it inside. I ended up doing it outside which I did not want to do. But, it was 60°, no wind and LOW sun. So I guess my take is, you have to see what you're doing so you don't create high spots everywhere. Very good video by the way.

Lovely car man, i have this cars great grandad a 350z :). Always been a bit skeptical of ceramic so i have stuck to colinite wax but i think ill try it in the future. That and i have never felt like my paint is good enough for ceramic yet, i intend to either respray in nissan brickyard red or part paint the current silver.

Nice car and a good job. What's with these ceramic coatings which offer lifetime warranty, do they still need to be reapplied or topped up?
Glad you didn't say paint correction once

Awesome work. If only I could afford a new car. Lol. How long do you think the wheel application will last before you resort to wheel cleaner?

Hey Dave, would this work on fibreglass motorbike panels?

Uhmm in overall Its more harder to work on because you do a lot of puloshing and cleaning before applying a ceramic coat than to paint it a new coat of yellow and apply a topcoat or wash over 😅
