After watching this video, I got excited, picked up a towel next to me, and ran straight to my garage. But then I dropped everything in pain remembering that my car needs a good paint job first.

In my opinion that is 100% how it's done you can't get any more perfect prep than that. Only thing guys look at the paint carefully to to determine if you need a compound or if a Polish alone will do the job

Hot tip....use the iron remover as your clay lubricant, because it's also removes limescale. This will mean you use less iron remover and get get a better result.

The only reason I don't clean my car to the point where it looks like a new one is because of some a**holes living in my area, who would scratch nice looking or clean cars when you have parked in a public place and leave your car unattended...

ever tried a synthetic decontamination towel? way more surface area than an actual clay and it wont scratch like clay with proper lubrication .

Scratch free can end up being very expensive and difficult especially outside. A scratch free shine is what we’re aiming for realistically here folks

Pro tip: give your car to a detailing shop for polishing and the you do the ceramic coating at home. This way you can save a ton of money while getting a perfect finishing.
