How To choose your formulation process with Emulium® Dolcea?

We are pleased to share this "How To" video featuring Emulium® Dolcea MB that explains the different formulation processes you can use with this ingredient (and their interest!)
In this video, we conducted a total of 6 trials, formulating the same emulsion using a different process for each.

In detail, we tried:

- A direct process, where the oil phase is poured into the water phase, under high shear
- The same direct process, but under medium shear. It is the only trial done without a high shear.
- A direct process where Emulium® Dolcea MB is added into the water phase instead of the oil phase
- An indirect process, where the water phase is poured into the oil phase
- A concentrated process, during which we only use half of the water phase in the emulsification step
- And a one-pot process, where oil and water phases are mixed together from the very beginning.
