Why is my tap water cloudy?

Sometimes the water coming from your faucet can appear cloudy or white. And there's a simple explanation as to why - oxygen! Extra oxygen in the water, from changes in water pressure or temperature, creates thousands of tiny bubbles that give the appearance of cloudy, white, or milky-looking tap water.

So it's apparent nobody is giving a real answer for this because the cloudiness isn't dissipating in the water we are all talking about. So what is it really?

What is it leaves a sort of residue in the sink and while draining makes a smoke/steam looking gas?

yeah 100% doubt, when i was growing up this was never a thing. Now suddenly it happens all over.

What if the cloudyness does not disapear even after 5-10 minutes. I just installed a new filter.

Two questions not addressed
1. After living here 10+ years with no problem, why did it just start yesterday?
2. Will it stop and why would it?
Thanx.

Seems weird that you can feel a grittiness in your mouth and on your skin and it has a distinct taste. Drys your mouth out too, weird for air to do that
