In this video, Dr. Berg talks about chlorine in tap water. He recommends making sure you have a filter to avoid absorbing a tremendous amount of chlorine through the skin. Also check your water supply if it has a chemical compound called chloramine, where they added ammonia to chlorine which makes it highly persistent or stays in the water a lot longer but makes it more toxic, and regular activated carbon filters will not be effective in pulling this chemical compound out which in this case you would need a high-grade catalytic carbon filter.

Complications from Chlorine:
• Lung Problems
• Increase risk of bladder disease
• Decreases immune system

One thing never discussed is that your City Water is under 35-45+ PSI of pressure. Once it leaves the pipe it falls to normal atmospheric pressure. The City Water 'Off Gasses" thru your faucet Aerator or will just by filling a pitcher and letting it breath for a few hours.

For those of you that had a goldfish you always filled a jug with water and let it sit for water changes. This is the same Idea. You did not kill your fish with using tap water. So buy a goldfish if you have City Water.

One solution if you have bad water is to get a water reservoir and set up a water catchment. It's really not that expensive or complicated at all, there are a lot of videos about it. Chances are more water goes through your gutter than you would drink or shower with per year, and yet you're paying your water company for water with toxic chemicals in it.

Dr. Price noticed that in autopsies done on soldiers in Korea and Vietnam, young soldiers had arteries that were virtually blocked. This was ascribed to the extremely high chlorine used to didinfect their drinking water.

I use the Soma filtered pitcher for drinking and cooking, and a 12-step filter on the shower head. Can’t wait to be a homeowner so I can have proper filtration systems installed in my house. The water here reeks and is very drying to skin and hair.

I live in the UK and the amount of chlorine/chloramine in the water is strong, you can stand a spoon up in it. The smell of it just hangs there for a while and Its worse than canal water with dead dogs floating in don't have filters built into the water supply but I am about to invest in a water filter jug.

Great tip :-) I'm OCD about Water... I collect Rain Water for cooking and drinking, but I shower in regular tap water... Hmmm... I'm going to check that out. "Chloramine" is something I've never heard of... Thanks :-)
