I don't have a RYOBI, but my 3500 champion has been a champion for 5 years. We get lots of tornados here in the south and the power is out A LOT. It's paid for itself and then some saving food and keeping the wife and kids somewhat comfy in the Alabama heat.

I picked up the Hart work table last week from Wal Mart. I might replace the old work tables I picked up probably 5 years ago. The do work great setting up a table with one half sheet of plywood. I need to take a trip to a Tool Direct store that’s about 100 miles away to pick up some Ryobi tools. Love those stores.

For generators, at least at the racetrack where these things run 24/7 most weekends to power tire warmers, AC and campers, I see 80% predator and 15% Honda and 5% other. I'll be getting the Pred 9000 for whole house.

I have the ryobi 2300 Invertor Generator and am pleased with it. You can't start it via Bluetooth, but can monitor fuel, running times and shut it off. I would say it competes with the Honda equivalent at almost half the price

Bear I'm curious, my wife has a food truck and know many vendors that use the champion generator, as well as herself. We have never heard of any problems with them. What have you heard???

That M12 Rover light with 2ah battery combo has been out of stock forever. I think it occasionally comes into stock and sells out immediately. Bad thing is HD has both the Rover and the 2.0 ah battery in stock online. So they're just advertising that but not really selling many.

i got the ryobi 2300 watt inverter generator you were asking about. it's nearly good enough for anything you can squeeze out of a 15 amp outlet. the auto idle is very nice. the bluetooth is stupid. pretty fuel efficient and parallel adapter compatible for a 30 amp rv hookup. sometimes store will sell these as refurbished for killer cheap local store deals.

I paid $229 for the ryobi 4 piece brushless kit and at the time they even included a 3/8 power ratchet as well. So 5 tools for 229. I really like them. I wish the trigger was less sensitive but they have a good amount of power and runtime.
