When I tell you I begged for my ex, I BEGGED, I threw my pride and dignity out the door and begged miserably for him. I had a horrible off feeling towards the end of our relationship, especially about his new “friend”, at the time I was too blind to put two and two together. I had a depressive, manic episode and broke up with him. I thought I made a huge mistake and begged for him to take me back, and he wouldn’t. He immediately got with that “friend”. That “off feeling” I had, was my instinct telling me he was being unfaithful to me. He was with her, and I was miserable and I couldn’t hold myself together. I started to act as if I didn’t care, and I didn’t want him whenever I was near him. Although I tried to act as if I didn’t have a care in the world, I was hurting so bad. I tried, but it didn’t seem to be working. My ex best friend saw me crying my eyes out one afternoon, he told me he could see the pain in my eyes, we went for coffee the next morning and we completely hit it off. We’ve been together over 7 months and counting! My ex and his girlfriend broke up, then he dated her best friend, then they broke up within a week or two. He constantly posts on his Instagram about his loneliness and how he wants someone. In the process of trying to make my unfaithful ex miss me, I found love. This is the healthiest relationship I have ever been in and I couldn’t be happier! Sometimes you gotta play chess not checkers my dudes, things will fall into place for you!

Right. He calls etc .. been done, but Brown up a few weeks ago. Trying to touch on me etc... I'm tired of him. He had me fully, but cheated & I can't forgive the disrespect!

I never begged him and we never officially broke it off. He just went from saying I was the only person he trusted and we were, “compatible in every way, ” to virtual silence. When he stopped initiating contact, so did I.

Even if I never see him again in this lifetime, I know I will be okay. I just can’t believe this is happening, after eight years. I literally thought he was about to propose. Now I’m questioning my own judgment.

I agree Coach blac, I think my ex husband thought I would not find anyone better. So he use to degrade, manipulate and verbally abuse me until I developed broken consciousness. When my husband left me, I begged for 2 weeks, after watching ur videos you mentioned do no contact. He started contacting me, I felt I had the power. I thought it was love, but it was not. If he ever comes back again I don’t even want him. I’m working on being better to myself and having high standards.❤

I think the best thing to do once someone leaves you or dumps you is to just allow yourself feel the pain, cry for as long as you want and forget about that person for good... Do not sit with the expectations of that person coming back, otherwise you might get hurt more... Am slowly learning to move on because I do not want him to feel as if am playing hard to get and be hopeful for nothing... I simply do not want him back in my life period... I miss him and I still love him but he chose to leave and move to a different country, and now he keeps texting saying he's coming to visit me after I went no contact... I have no time for someone whose trying to make me an option... I will never be a plan B for any heartless man... Am a priority and not any man's back up plan.... Am gonna cry till this pain is over but ain't taking him back

Use the no contact period to work on yrself become the best version of yourself possible e joy ur life fall in love with ur life and urself and rediscover urself all over again. They will be begging to be a part of ur life again

Immature people don't want you if you want them. So if you don't want them....now a very immature person wants you. And as soon as they have you...again. they don't want you. In addition the will do many many immature things. Don't play the games and grow up and find an honest healthy person to be in a relationship with.
