Converting a chlorine pool to Organic Pool in 1 minute

First off, you turn a very boring pool into an absolutely beautiful oasis. I’m also very curious. How much a conversion like this would cost? I live in the USA. New England. We get very cold winters. If a pool is converted like this, does it have to be winterized?

My mom has a saltwater pool. It's glorious and clean and fresh! She lives in the country and a pool like this would attract all sorts of wildlife/bugs. Her fish pond kind of looks like this though. Would never dream of swimming in it.
