After years of battling my salt water pool and its ever breaking plumbing, I rip out the system and re-plumb it. I give away all the secrets I have learned.............so the video should be much shorter than it is.

James, It looks like you enjoy plumbing as much as I do! Just checking some of your older videos. Respectfully, Kevin

I did nothing, just stopped with the salt and started with chlorine. Evene the no. Functional salt chlorinator is still there, works fine.

Our 2 year old chlorinator display quit working. I am going chlorine. What a waste of money this has been

You would have been fine on that coupling you cut, only need half to 3/4 the length, next time when it’s tight like that use a union you wouldn’t of had to cut the other side

Someone from a pool store told me that when converting from salt to chlorine it’s not good to add chlorine to water with high salt levels. Anyone know if this is true or if there’s a minimum salt level? Or do you just have to drain the whole pool and start with fresh water?
