Anita betrays the deal and submits a motion to have Harvey removed as Mike’s lawyer because she believes they forged the letter and that Harvey is a co-conspirator. Anita Gibbs is on the right track, isn't she? What are your thoughts about Anita Gibbs?

Season 5, Episode 11"Blowback": Jessica and Harvey are forced to come to the rescue when Mike is arrested for conspiracy to commit fraud.

This is the official YouTube channel for Suits: home to all the swagger, smarts and sexiness from Pearson Hardman - one of the top New York law firms that hire solely from Harvard law. Well, almost entirely.

As the judge... After the motion is removed I would STILL subpoena the camera. The judge just received credible evidence that a prosecutor knowingly and wilfully violated someone's rights in an attempt to bully and force them into a confession.

The thing that really kills the drama is that Gibbs just showed to the judge she willingly breaks the law to win a case against people. Which means she does not care for the rule of law or if the person she is trying to convict is innocent. It is one thing to keep a guilty person out of jail but it is worse to put innocent people into jail. The Judge would then have to either throw out the case as a mistrial to be tried again with a new lawyer or have a new lawyer be in charge of this case. Furthermore any cases with Gibbs's hands all over it would have to be double checked to make sure she didn't break the law there to convict innocent people.

1:15 I love how they say this while surrounded by other people in an otherwise silent courtroom

2:16 I the Judge Ralls 's look on Anita Gibbs about the tape recording.
Clearly she's indirectly defending Harvey and Mike Ross defense against Anita Gibbs.

Everybody including trevor has some character arc in suits. But Anita Gibbs hated Harvey the same way she did on her first appearance. 🤣

I dont get how Gibbs didnt end jailed after that. Or taken from the case at least. She ignored Mikes rights.

Couldn't they use the violation of rights to void the arrest, and therefore exclude any evidence obtained thereafter? And with no evidence, have the charges dropped/dismissed? Hmm.

I'm watching suits at present. I was thinking to myself, it's amazing all the lives that got rattled over one man's secret.
I liked Anita Gibbs closing argument, it really stick in your brain, way she say how about doctor was performing open heart surgery wasn't really a doctor, or if you found out pilot flying your plane wasn't really a pilot.
When Harvey went to meet the jury foreman, he said that it was twelve angry men, they were all guilty, only he changed their minds,

I was watching season 5 yesterday. I was thinking how come after Mike Ross got arrested, and then the arraignment the following morning, the writers never have in part where the defendant answer guilty or not guilty, to go forward. I know it's only TV.
