0:07 “if you lie, they’ll never know” is the best quote of the entire series IMO!

I mean, technically he never said he was the other candidate. She kept calling him Sorkin but if you exclude the stuff about getting away from the cops, all he said was I don't care if you let me in or not. Which is pretty on point for what she was looking for.

This is what I never understood: Mike never called himself “Rick Sorkin” to her. She called him Sorkin, but he never claimed that identity to her. He only said that to Harvey. She isn’t lying under oath by saying Mike didn’t impersonate him because to the best of her knowledge he didn’t.

She actually could use the story that she told Louis, that Mike haven't subriscribed on interwview list and he got "Rick Sorkins" appointment....easy

Yeah the show contradicted the donna that everybody wanted because everytime she had to testify she looked totally incompetent

The way gibbs framed the question, pleading 5th was the best case scenario instead of committing perjury, specially when mike himself pled guilty in the end because of his lack of faith in himself

Mike passed the bar. He did it in an unorthodox way but he still passed. So he’s a lawyer.

Donna lies on the stand, Mike never identified himself as Rick until he talked to Harvey. Donna causes more problems from the firm should be the title.

The actress that play Gibbs is an amazing actress. I also don't like her character in The Mentalist

God Donna was a coward. How could they prove she lied. He has a Harvard transcript and was in the bar.

So... a lawyer has to have gone to Harvard law?
Didn't he take tests for people?
Teachers would have seen him, taking tests for others... sure illegal, but professors saw him.

How could she assert her 5th Amendment right as a witness? That only applies to defendants. And even if a defendant chooses to testify in court, they can’t just pick and choose which questions to answer.
