you can also get mic arms not from rode, mine was like $19.99. They won't last nearly as long (for the best longevity try not to adjust it too much once you've found a good position), they like to get loose, but if you don't have 100 bucks for a mic arm they'll do the trick
Edit: Mine is a Neweer, but the cheap ones are basically all the same design

I think I’d go with the Zoom Zoom Podtrak P-4, instead of the Scarlet 2i2.

Hmm well I’m using my phone to record with. Ring light stand and 2 mics that clip to your shirt and it works just fine
