What happened to BUD/S CLASS 234?
BUD/S class 234 is one of my favorite documentaries, and I've always wondered what happened to the members of the class. Since I could not find any videos on the topic, I decided to make one myself.

My brother was in Buds Class 234 and I appreciate your respectfulness toward these men who have, and continue to, serve the people of this country.🇺🇸

I met Justin in Iraq. Sat down next to me in the chow hall with his group. I recognized him right away and he was like "shhhh, please don't mention it" Turns out he lives in a town not too far from my hometown. Great frigging guy. Hoping he's doing well these days.

The SEAL candidate that Instructor Patstone was driving behind on the beach was my Company Commander, MAJ Green. We served together in the 425th CA BN (Reserve Unit). One drill weekend the topic of of BUD/s came up and he told me that he had attempted but didn’t complete BUD/s and was even in a documentary about it, Class 234. I didn’t believe him until I rewatched the documentary and saw that it was indeed him being told by the infamous Instructor Patstone to “Hurry up don’t fall back, hurry up catch the pack.”

While on a JC deployment I was stationed with Justin Legg when he was a LTJG. Amazing guy and just an all around good dude. That guy would run miles like no one I'd ever seen...and eat. Holy crap could he put the calories away! I have the utmost respect for the guy and wish he and his family the best.

This is a great video and a part 2 would be awesome! I think like a lot of the people in these comments, we watched this docuseries and tried to embody these men and still hear all of their voices to this day in all of our tribulations and I think that's what makes this docuseries so impactful even 20+yrs later.

Great job! Thanks for taking the time to let us all know how the team members are doing these days. It’s sad to hear we lost two of them.

I remember watching this in my law enforcement elective class in high school. Definitely one of the best documentaries I’ve watched.

Thanks so much for this series of videos. I never served in any branch of the military but BUD/S class 234 is one of my favorite documentaries of all time and I've watched the series more times than I can count. I had no idea about LCDR Legg's insane adversities and am so glad to hear he's continuing to kick ass. And it goes without saying, RIP to Koth and Fleming; it's very sad to hear their stories but they will continue to live for as long as BUD/S Class 234 is watched, which will be for as long as I can imagine.

One hell of an effort on your part, and I'm grateful for it. I enjoyed watching the series - I don't know him, never will, but Fox grew up about 30 miles from me so I was really pulling for him - and this is the icing on the cake for me. Thanks!

Rivera… then senior chief Rivera (2013) was one of my buds instructors. He did dips much better as a senior chief than a first class, I promise. David goggins was one of my buds prep instructors, he’s truly a crazy individual. Also the seal who swam the Mississippi River was one of my instructors. Slapped my OIC in the face for not having a pen during classroom time. Fun times. I did not make it.

Thank you for this! I knew Legg was an absolute chad when I used to watch the show back around 2003. A born warrior. That's funny and awesome Lively became a screenwriter.
