I followed your instruction for impairing here, but I cannot get the Pico remote to UNPAIR from a few switches.  

We have a panel of 7 switches for our living room. We just want to have remote control over three of them. Unfortunately, when I originally set it up, I thought I could control all 7 separately. I cannot. So, how can I unpaid four (4) of the seven switches from the Pico remote?

I have a Lutron remote for my wall mounted bedside lights. I want to reprogram the remote to a lower illumination setting when I press the 'on' button at the top of the controller. At the present time, the lights are too intense when I initially turn them on for the first time. I want an initial lower setting, so I don't have to quickly use the dimmer button everytime I turn the lights on.

Which electrician did that install? Screws sideways on the bottom row of plugs and up and down top row. lol need to figure that out. up down all day.

I unplugged 3 ceiling LED lights that are controlled by a pico remote. The pico controls a pico remote that is in the attic.. When I plugged the lights back in after painting they no longer work. Is a reset required?

The remote has that center button to SAVE a light setting... does this mean that the base switches ON button automatically turns the light to maximum brightness? Or does it work like a manual dimmer slider + switch where the turning it on will turn the lights back to whatever brightness level they were at when you hit OFF?
