Hello guys, I've fixed my skinny fat situation twice in a span of 5 years. Let's be honest. Body recomposition is not possible for a wide majority of guys, especially if you are intermediate or professionals. So your only approach is to either shred first or bulk. I took the shredding approach first both the times and it does make you lose some muscles as well. Eventually when you again gain fat, you're left with arms looking then and a pot belly, (although it won't look as bad as it was when you first began). This time (obviously I gave up on my diet) I'm going to bulk first and then lose. Let's see what are the results.

great video bro but are you saying that you gained 7-8 kg muscle mass in 4 months (averaging 2 kg muscle per month) in a slight calorie deficit (100-200 kcal)? Just want to double check.

It's not possible for a beginner bodybuilder/ gym goer, either you are on gear or already an experienced bodybuilder (hence muscle memory)

the top speed claimed by BAJAJ for Ns400z is 154km/hr
because of which it is clearly visible that it has speedometer error of round 15-20 km/hr

As a beginner you can do it very well with good deit and kindly knowledge about movements like verticaly horizontaly isolation etc..but as a intermediate you can't be do body recombination jeet salal once said

L advice never aim for higher rep ranges. No doubt they are better for endurance but for musclr building the higly efficient repnrange would be 6-8 reps on compund lifts and 10-12 on isoaltion.
