Donuts:
½ Cup Almond Milk
4 Tbsp. Coconut Oil
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 Cup of All-Purpose Flour (or gluten-free flour) 
¼ Cup of Granulated Sugar 
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
Pinch of Baking Soda
Pinch of Salt
Glaze:
½ Cup Confectioners Sugar
1-2 Tbsp. of Soy or Almond Milk
½ Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Sprinkles to top

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees°F (200°C).
2. Mix all the wet ingredients together in a bowl.
3. In another bowl mix all the dry ingredients. 
4. Pour the wet ingredients into the bowl of dry ingredients and mix together until a dough forms.
5. Form 6 donuts out of the dough - the dough will be sticky - and put them in a donut tray coated with baking spray.
6. Bake the donuts for 10 minutes.
7. Meanwhile, make the glaze - mix all the ingredients (sugar, milk, and vanilla extract) together in a bowl. 
8. Dip the warm donuts in the icing and then top with the sprinkles.
9. Let the donuts cool on a wire rack for a few minutes.

could you use regular oil instead of coconut oil??
