I found a better fix:
Select your VM,
Click "Settings"
Click "System"
Click "Processor"
Disable the box "Enable Nested VT-x/AMD-V"
Done ;)

There is no windows sandbox feature showing in my windows

did not work :( any other way to get it working with nested vt so that wsl 2 will work on vm :/
